Leo Club of Penang (City) has been awarded as Leo Club Excelence award for 2007-2008 by Lions Club International. IPP Fiona received the award from MD 308 Council Committee Chairperson for Leo CLub Dato Khoo Kay Huat during our recent held charity dinner at Bayview Hotel on 2nd of May 2009.
